  5. Notify all Agents in our office of this new listing.
  6. Schedule property for Office Tour.
  7. Schedule appointments for showing of property.
  8. Write advertisements for appropriate newspapers.
  9. Manage keys and lockbox placement.
  10. Phone all potential buyers with details of listing.
  11. Plan an Open House, if feasible.
  12. Arrange showings for other Agents.
  13. Contact you with verbal progress reports.
  14. Evaluate every thirty days for pricing.
  15. Review marketing activities with owner.
  16. Pre-Qualify potential buyers.
  17. Present and discuss all offers on property with owner.
  18. Negotiate the transaction with other agent.
  19. Confirm that all contingencies on sales contract are completed.
  20. Finalize the closing.
  21. Answer all questions that you may have on the sale of your home.
