- Manage keys and lockbox placement.
- Phone all potential buyers with details
of listing.
- Plan an Open House, if feasible.
- Arrange showings for other Agents.
- Contact you with verbal progress reports.
- Evaluate every thirty days for pricing.
- Review marketing activities with owner.
- Pre-Qualify potential buyers.
- Present and discuss all offers on
property with owner.
- Negotiate the transaction with other
agent.
- Confirm that all contingencies on
sales contract are completed.
- Finalize the closing.
- Answer all questions that you may
have on the sale of your home.
